Job Summary
Ensures timely and accurate completion of the work. Query with different parties such as dealing room, counterparty, IM’s and various internals teams within NT as per the requirement.
Focus on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes.
Ensures daily task completed in time and accurately. Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverable.
Major Duties
Collating & Distributing Management Information.
Reviews and verifies accuracy of the data / duties and proper authorization of payment
Maintain/update and retrieve departmental reports and resolves problems encountered without breaching the SLA
Ensures accuracy and timeliness. Adherence to SLA
Effective group mailbox monitoring. Ensuring all email are responded within reasonable time frame.
Prepare and maintain complete documentation (Service Documents, DPAD’s etc.)
Train new hires and conduct training needs analysis to assess to training requirements of existing staff.
Proactively researches and resolves problems encountered with performing daily tasks. Notify and escalate complex problems to manager or team leader within reasonable time.
Respond to inquiries regarding the exceptions via eRM, emails, swifts and other mediums. Keeps manager or team leader up to date on all relevant issues; escalating any issues as appropriate.
Should have good understanding of FX Life cycle and should understand various settlement methods.
Act as central source of contact in researching and resolution of issues with minimum help of team leader or manager.
Should be good at exception management and problem solving.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum
B.Com, BBA, BBM – Preferred
B.SC –Math, BA – Acceptable
Minimum requirements
12 months as Analyst II
Understanding of Foreign Exchange Trade Life Cycle.
Reconciliation Experience
Good understanding of Multi Currency Payment Processing.
High level of Proficiency in English.
Good written and oral communication.
Computer literate.
Good knowledge of accounting, finance, Banking operations, Securities industry.
Good knowledge of MS office.
Min 2 years in the current role or work experience in related field or IB.
