Business Analyst - Inventory Integrity & Quality Assurance - West Coast Omni Center

Summary: Nordstrom is a leading fashion retailer, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the site Operations team. The role focuses on enhancing inventory accuracy through data management, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational standards and customer service. Responsibilities: - Design, build, manage, and evolve reporting, dashboards, and other self-service tools for our key stakeholders - Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs and look for opportunities to enhance our product dispositions - Collaborate with other Analysts and Engineers to develop data/table structures, optimizing for Dashboards and other self-service needs - Offer strategic guidance to both analysts and business teams on how to best leverage our tools - Serve as a partner in providing business requirements to the various Supply Chain, Merchandise, and Transportation teams - Maintain efficient Quality Assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data - Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership, and initiative Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a business analyst - Knowledge of business tools, processes and systems used in Supply Chain - Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies - Proficiency with SQL and Warehouse Management Systems/Warehouse Engineering System - Proficiency with database queries and data analysis - Experience developing business process flows - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc Required Skills: Business Analysis, Supply Chain Systems, SQL, Warehouse Management Systems, Data Analysis, Business Process Flows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Customer Service, Project Management Benefits: Medical/Vision, Dental, Retirement and Paid Time Away, Life Insurance and Disability, Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources, 401k, Medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays
