The Aftersales FP&A Specialist is responsible for controlling and analyzing the financial performance of the Aftersales business across NIBU markets (Nissan Importers Business Unit). The role ensures clear visibility of profitability, margins, and incentives throughout the Nissan – Distributor – Dealer value chain within an indirect sales model.
The position aims to enhance the quality of Aftersales financial analysis, identify profitability optimization opportunities, and support strategic decision-making, while maintaining a clear separation between analysis, recommendations, and final decision-making in line with governance principles.
A Typical Day at Nissan:
Analyze Aftersales financial performance (e.g., programs, incentives), including margin and profitability control.
Develop and maintain financial visibility across the Aftersales business, identifying structural misalignments impacting long-term sustainability.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, optimize incentive schemes, and support pricing adjustments from a financial perspective.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic discussions.
Support the Aftersales monthly closing process by analyzing variances versus forecast and budget, explaining significant deviations.
Deliver clear and traceable financial inputs to support financial governance and compliance.
Participate in internal review forums with Top Management.
Ensure alignment with applicable financial governance principles and Delegation of Authority (DOA) related to Aftersales.
Professional Profile We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Strong knowledge of financial management within commercial environments.
Experience presenting financial insights in corporate or executive forums.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools and SAP.
English: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
Preferred experience in distributor / dealer network business models, ideally within automotive Aftersales.
