Analyze and interpret data: Transform sales and consumer data into meaningful insights that inform client decisions.
Create compelling reports and presentations: Build narratives that highlight category trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Visualize data effectively: Summarize findings using tables, charts, and graphs.
Ensure data accuracy: Review datasets for errors and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with clients: Engage in discussions on analysis design and explore business opportunities with client stakeholders.
Drive efficiency: Manage projects independently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Inspire and support peers: Contribute to team objectives and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
0-3 years of experience in: Market research, Consumer insights. Data analysis, Consulting, Research, or Analytical roles
Strong analytical and business acumen, with an understanding of growth and brand strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell stories through data.
Comfortable working independently in a digitally enabled environment.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; retail or POS data experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
