Account Executive

Summary: NewDay USA is a South Florida-based national, direct-to-consumer veteran’s mortgage lender. They are seeking an energetic and passionate Account Executive to present, evaluate, and sell financial solutions to clients while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with team members. Responsibilities: - Work to obtain necessary licensing – we provide paid training and cover all fees - Provide every client with exceptional customer service - Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives - Advise clients on the VA cash-out refinance process with our 100% LTV product - Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing - Build strong relationships with loan officer assistants, processors, and VA Underwriters (All In-House) Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to remain competitive and coachable while working in a fast-paced sales environment - Desire to take your sales career to the next level - Team player attitude Preferred Qualifications: - Experience reaching or exceeding sales goals and objectives - Proven success in a sales or customer service role - Able to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines Required Skills: Mortgage Loan Officer Licensing, Sales, VA Cash-Out Refinance Process, Competitiveness, Coachability Benefits: 401(k) match, Medical/dental/vision, Ongoing, paid mortgage sales training
