Summary The Business Development Representative (BDR) – West, Central & East -is responsible forgenerating new business pipeline across the central United States. This outbound-focused role is a cornerstone of New Charter Technologies' go-to-market engine, targetingSMBand mid-market accounts across key central markets. Primary Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach within the central US territory. Research target accounts toidentifykey stakeholders and develop personalized outreach strategies. Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Senior Account Executives. Maintainaccurateactivity records and pipeline data within the CRM. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including calls, emails, and meetings booked. Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and leadqualification. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs. Provide feedback from prospects to marketing and product teams to inform messaging and positioning. Up to 25% travel Estimated Compensation Range: $45,000 – $65,000 base + commission Preferred Skills & Experience 1–3 years of B2B sales development, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience. Familiarity with IT services, managed services (MSP), or technology solutions preferred. Proficiencywith CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience selling into SMB or mid-marketaccountsa plus.
