Job Description
Summary: NetSuite is a company that focuses on providing innovative cloud solutions and AI technology. They are seeking a Customer Success Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success Associate Development Program, where the individual will build product expertise and consulting skills while helping clients maximize the value of NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
- Tackle complex business challenges individually and as part of a team through strategy, execution, and innovative problem-solving
- Deliver high-quality projects, proactively seek out opportunities for improvement, and provide best-practice guidance to help our clients maximize the value of NetSuite
- Consult with clients to deeply understand their business needs, map requirements to NetSuite functionality, and support smooth system configuration and adoption
- Drive customer satisfaction and measurable impact by meeting obtainable goals and metrics
- Be at the forefront of AI adoption in the ERP space embracing change, exploring new technologies, and introducing clients to transformative solutions
Required Qualifications:
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree preferred courses of study include Engineering, MIS, Accounting Info Systems, Technology Management, or Supply Chain and a passion for launching a consulting career
- A critical thinker, analytical, and skilled at both quantitative and qualitative research
- Creative, resilient, and ready to tackle complex problems with a can-do attitude
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change
- A strong communicator who thrives on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Naturally curious about AI and eager to leverage new technologies in your work
