Learning Solutions Architect I

They are seeking a Learning Solutions Architect I to support leaders and business partners by providing effective learning solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and goals. Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting research on identified changes and updates to existing or new plans - Assist in the development of learning solutions and content for one or more professional development or employee upskilling programs - Independently facilitate group learning sessions on less complex materials - Assist in creation of reference materials, support tools and leader resources that reinforce strategic learning - Remain current with industry learning best practices and technical, product and program enhancements - May participate in small scale Section projects - Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Exposure to one or more of the following: program management and evaluation, learning science, communications, instructional design, organizational development and/or extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing training - Willingness to learn, use a growth mindset and combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on application - Understanding of how to conduct needs assessment and analysis for learning solutions - Experience effectively building relationships with and influencing team members and management - Understanding of measuring ROI on learning solutions - Understanding of compiling, organizing and presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely - Exposure to synchronous learning and/or facilitation for individuals or groups - Experience in working and participating in cross-functional teams and projects - Fundamental understanding of instructional theories, educational psychology, educational theory, tools and resources - Understanding of research, analysis and problem-solving in Learning environment - Ability to interact tactfully and effectively in difficult situations - Knowledge of organizational, planning, and project management skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills to include speaking and/or presenting in front of groups in a professional setting - Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Human Resources, business, communication, behavioral sciences, Program Management or related field or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience Required Skills: Program Management, Program Evaluation, Learning Science, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Training Design, Implementation, Needs Assessment, ROI Measurement for Learning Solutions, Synchronous Learning Facilitation, Instructional Theories, Educational Psychology, Research, Analysis in Learning, Influencing, Tactfulness, Cross-functional Teamwork, Project Management Benefits: Highly competitive pay, Generous benefits and perks
