We are seeking a commercially minded, transformation-focused leader to take ownership of our global marketing technology ecosystem and lead its evolution into a connected, data-led growth engine.
This is a critical executive role — responsible for bringing cohesion to a complex, multi-layered tech stack and enabling a seamless, end-to-end customer journey across marketing, sales and admissions.
Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing Officer, the General Manager, Marketing Technology will lead the strategy, integration and optimisation of the organisation’s marketing and recruitment technology ecosystem.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, data, technology and commercial performance, ensuring our systems deliver a true 360° view of the customer and enable scalable, measurable growth.
This role will play a key part in shaping how we adopt and embed AI and emerging technologies into our marketing and student journey.
qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior marketing technology, digital or enterprise systems leadership roles
Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Data or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience managing and transforming complex, multi-system enterprise technology environments
Deep expertise in enterprise systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), data architecture and digital ecosystems
Proven experience integrating disparate systems into cohesive, scalable digital platforms
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid, organic, SEO and emerging search paradigms (GEO/AIO)
Experience working within higher education or similarly complex, service-based industries highly regarded
Proven ability to operate at executive level across Marketing, Technology and Business leadership
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link technology capability to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and change programs
