Job Description
Position Summary The Assistant Director (AD) oversees implementation of all aspects of SUCAP’s daily operations and staff administration. They work with the management team to plan for and ensure SUCAP’s compliance with NADAP standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. The AD is responsible for strategic staff planning, overseeing recruitment and employee performance standards/administrative issues.
