Job Description
Summary: The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is one of the largest agencies in the state, responsible for the health and well-being of all North Carolinians. They are seeking a detail-oriented Test Scripts Writer/Coordinator to develop and maintain test scripts and documentation for quality assurance, coordinate testing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and maintain clear, accurate test scripts and documentation for quality assurance and operational processes
- Coordinate testing activities and track progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procedures align with project requirements and deadlines
- Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution, or Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in business application consulting or development
- High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of experience in business application consulting or development
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Curam
- Experience with Salesforce
