Job Description
Summary: Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Athletic Department Secretary. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Grade 7-12 Athletic Department and manages daily office operations while communicating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Grade 7-12 Athletic Department
- Including reception, correspondence, scheduling, data management, reporting, and inventory control
- Manages daily office operations
- Communicates with students, families, staff, and the public
- Supports school personnel as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service, secretarial, or clerical/office support experience; or a combination of experience and training
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Trainings
- Arrest or Conviction Form (PDE 6004) (Act 24)
- School Personnel Health Record (Physical with TB Test)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or better
