Maintenance - Service Technician

Summary: Morgan Properties is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, seeking dedicated Apartment Service Technicians. The role involves troubleshooting service issues, maintaining property standards, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing - Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws - Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets - Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates Required Qualifications: - Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle - Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property - One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications: - HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred Required Skills: HVAC, EPA Certification, CFC Certification, General Appliance Repair, Carpentry, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Troubleshooting, Customer Service Benefits: Up to 50% Rent Discount, Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions, Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly, On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits, 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match, Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave
