Rehabilitation Aide

Summary: Montefiore Einstein Technology is a healthcare provider, and they are seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist the Rehabilitation Staff in implementing programs established in the Rehabilitation Medicine department. The role involves performing tasks related to patient care, departmental maintenance, and therapy treatments while embracing a team concept and customer service approach to patient care. Responsibilities: - Assists the Rehabilitation Staff in implementing programs established in the Rehabilitation Medicine department in the areas of patient care - Performs tasks related to the operation of the service as assigned; this includes therapy treatments, departmental maintenance, clinical procedures as appropriate, patient related activities and transportation - Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care - Understands work schedule may include rotating to different sites Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED Required Preferred Qualifications: - Vocational/technical training and/or patient experience Preferred Required Skills: Patient Care, Therapy Treatments, Clinical Procedures, Transportation
