Sales Audit Assistant Manager Location: Shanghai, China Job Description 岗位职责 1. 负责渠道各类投资费用的合规性、合理性研判，搭建费用投入评估逻辑，开展常态化终端落地稽查，杜绝低效投放、虚假执行及资源浪费。 2. 负责口香糖市场份额提升专项项目的全程稽核、落地跟进与效果复盘，监督区域执行质量，推动品类销量与市场份额稳步提升。 3. 承接销售体系重点案件、渠道异常、窜货、费用违规等专项核查工作，完成线索取证、事实核查、责任界定，提供全方位案件支撑。 4. 深度理解销售生意逻辑与渠道运营模式，常态化开展生意复盘，识别业务漏洞、经营风险及增长问题，输出专业评估结论。 5. 运用财务分析思维对渠道投入产出进行研判，评估费用投放有效性，沉淀费用管控标准，降低公司销售费用风险。 6. 整合、提炼海量销售、终端、费用数据，形成结构化分析结论，为策略优化、区域整改、资源调整提供数据支撑。 7. 负责对内跨部门协同（销售、财务、市场）及对外经销商、终端对接，高效推进稽查、整改、项目落地工作。 8. 定期输出客观、清晰的稽查报告、项目复盘、案件总结及高层汇报材料，持续优化稽查流程与管控体系。 任职要求 1. 具备优秀的生意分析能力，熟悉快消销售业务全链路，可独立评估市场动作与渠道经营合理性。 2. 具备财务分析能力，能够精准判断渠道投资费用的合规性、合理性与投入产出质量。 3. 具备优秀的数据敏感度与海量数据整合、提炼、归纳能力，擅长用数据发现问题、落地结论。 4. 具备良好的内外部跨部门沟通协调能力，能够独立推进复杂核查及整改项目。 5. 具备极强的逻辑思维与汇报呈现能力，输出内容公正、客观、条理清晰。 6. 原则性强、抗压性高，做事严谨公正，具备稽查岗位职业操守。 More about this role No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
