Sales Estimator

Summary: Molly Maid is seeking a Sales Estimator who will be a key team member in upholding the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. The role involves providing price quotes, communicating with customers, and closing sales, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home, virtually, and over the phone - Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home. Make a connection and you’ll win - Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the sales estimator Required Qualifications: - Legally authorized to work in the United States - Willing to complete a background check - Willing to submit to drug and alcohol testing - Valid driver's license and safe driving record - You are available to work Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm and weekends/holidays when needed - Willing and able to clean houses (including toilets) do laundry and wash dishes - The ability to competently and effectively perform all office functions Preferred Qualifications: - Prior sales (including realtor), customer service, and/or cleaning experience preferred!
