Job Description
Summary: MMB+CO is seeking a Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruiting execution across the organization. This role involves managing candidate experiences from outreach to onboarding, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective recruiting processes and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain all job postings, including drafting, posting, and updates
- Manage campus, early‑career, internship, and experienced‑hire recruiting efforts
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and relationship management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Serve as the primary owner of the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the firm
- Coordinate offer processes in partnership with leadership, including preparation and communication following approval
- Manage pre‑employment background checks and related hiring requirements
- Own and administer internship and early‑career programs, including recruiting, coordination, and onboarding
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure meaningful intern and early‑career experiences
- Coordinate with IT and departmental points of contact to ensure training access, equipment, and systems readiness
- Oversee day‑one onboarding for new hires and interns, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start
- Manage recruitment and onboarding SWAG, including ordering, inventory, and distribution
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including pipeline activity, time‑to‑fill, and hiring trends
- Support recruiting forecasting and workforce planning efforts
- Coordinate the firm’s Day of Caring, including planning and logistics
- Partner with HR and leadership on recruitment‑related engagement and community initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for both early‑career and experienced professionals
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to candidate experience
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
