Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing
- Draft, negotiate, and manage key construction contracts across renewable energy projects
- Lead procurement processes for major work packages, including tendering, evaluation, and contract award
- Integrate across project workstreams (civil, electrical, equipment) to ensure seamless delivery of interfaces
- Support strong commercial relationships with contractors and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Contribute to contract strategy, risk management, and performance frameworks to drive successful outcomes.

- Proven experience managing construction contracts across complex infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance risk and value
- Understanding of the renewable energy or large-scale construction sector (NZ experience a bonus)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
- Clear communicator with sound judgement, able to identify and resolve issues early.
