Customer Service Representative

Summary: Medgene Labs is focused on providing veterinary vaccine products and services to support livestock health. The Customer Service Representative will engage with clients, manage customer inquiries, and ensure accurate order processing while collaborating with sales teams. Responsibilities: - Make outgoing calls and emails to customers to provide timely updates on products and services as needed - Be people-orientated by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns - Accurately record customer information and feedback in appropriate system software - Be detail focused to capture accurate information for order processing - Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies - Work closely with field sales staff to secure product order details from customers and provide order tracking - Develop and maintain accurate customer account records - Understand and support quality, safety, and regulatory standards - Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies - Other duties as requested Required Qualifications: - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Importance of attention to critical details - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills - Proficiency in MS Office - SharePoint and Smartsheet - Data and administrative management practices and procedures - Clerical practices and procedures - Follow detailed directions and instructions - Communicate information clearly and concisely - Establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with coworkers - Be accountable for accurate completion of tasks and projects Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge or experience in animal care/husbandry/health - Bachelor's degree in animal or science-related field Required Skills: Customer Service, MS Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Data Management, Administrative Management, Clerical Practices, Animal Care, Animal Health, Professional Relationship Management, Planning Skills Benefits: Generous PTO, 100% employee paid health, Dental, Vision, 15K basic life insurance, STD, LTD, 401K match, Ten paid holidays, Gym membership, Yearly clothing allowance
