Sales Associate

Summary: McBride Homes is Missouri's largest home builder and an industry leader in residential new home construction. They are seeking a Sales Associate to provide tours of display homes, assist customers with understanding floor plans, and manage sales office tasks. Responsibilities: - Take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes - Help them understand the floor plans and unique features available - Keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments - Following up on prospects - Administrative tasks - Keeping the sales office organized Required Qualifications: - Face-to-face customer service and/or sales experience (for example, retail sales) - Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills - Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor - McBride sales associates will work 1 weekend day per week and one late evening every week on a rotating schedule (rotates Saturday or Sunday off).
