Join Maxis as a Social Media & Digital Engagement Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing social media initiatives, content creation, and digital engagement campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the team to support social media operations, monitor content performance, and contribute to impactful cross-functional campaigns. This internship offers valuable exposure to digital marketing strategies and brand engagement within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Insights: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Social Media Postings: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms such as META and TikTok.
Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging and creative digital content, including visuals, captions, and campaign materials aligned with brand objectives.
Reward Programs: Assist in coordinating and supporting customer reward and engagement initiatives across digital channels.
Content Moderation: Monitor social media platforms to ensure appropriate engagement, respond to inquiries when required, and maintain a positive online community environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
Social Media Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly META and TikTok.
Creativity: Able to contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Confident communicator who is comfortable collaborating with different teams and engaging in creative discussions.
Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Advantage: Familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate will be considered an added advantage.
Personality: Not camera shy and comfortable participating in content creation activities when required.
