Summary: Ámaxa is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting high school students with impactful projects. The Youth Program Coach Internship involves mentoring student impact teams as they develop solutions for partner nonprofits, focusing on project management and outreach. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a high school Student Impact teams simultaneously for the internship duration - Conduct organized weekly remote meetings for each of your teams - Attend bi-weekly Roundtables with ámaxa's core team - Delegate tasks to team members, hold members accountable to deadlines and keep teams organized in order to ensure efficiency - Work in coordination with our CEO to ensures teams' success - Coordinate communications between your team and the partner nonprofit Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated passion for social impact - Excellent communication skills, with a focus on composing professional emails and confidently conducting meetings - Previous experience in managing a team Preferred Qualifications: - Leadership experience - Fundraising experience - Interest in education, specifically high school education Required Skills: Social Impact, Fundraising, Education
