Intern, Nut Island Grounds

Summary: Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is dedicated to delivering high-quality drinking water and protecting public resources. The internship role involves maintaining the grounds at Nut Island Headworks, including plants and landscaping, while collaborating with Operations and Maintenance staff. Responsibilities: - Maintains plants, trees, bushes and grass at the Nut Island Headworks - Plants and waters flowers and bushes as needed - Makes recommendations regarding improvements to the grounds at the Headworks - Works with Operations and Maintenance staff as needed - Internship duration: May - September Required Qualifications: - Ability to maintain plants, trees, bushes, and grass - Ability to plant and water flowers and bushes as needed - Ability to make recommendations regarding improvements to the grounds - Ability to work with Operations and Maintenance staff
