Product Owner Intern

Summary: MASS Tech LLC is looking for a Product Owner Intern to support the build, research, and customer discovery of their AI-powered manufacturing copilot platform. The intern will gather customer insights, document use cases, and support product feature definition to connect customer needs with product development. Responsibilities: - Support the product team in defining and building Equiptalk.ai features - Gather and summarize Voice of Customer feedback from manufacturers, operators, engineers, and business leaders - Research customer pain points in manufacturing, maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and shop-floor operations - Convert customer needs into simple product requirements, user stories, and feature ideas - Assist in creating product roadmaps, demo flows, and use-case documentation - Support market and competitor research in industrial AI, manufacturing copilot tools, MES, SCADA, and IoT solutions - Work with business, engineering, and customer teams to improve product-market fit - Help prepare product presentations, demo scripts, and internal documentation Required Qualifications: - Must attend entirety of internship from the indicated start and end date noted above - Minimum 3.2 GPA - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, O-1, TN, L-1, or other employment-based visas) following graduation.
