SharePoint Application Developer Location: Mexico City - Paseo Company: Oliver Wyman Description: SharePoint Application Developer We are seeking a SharePoint Application Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Develop, migrate (usning ShareGate), configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other tools. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement SharePoint-based workflows and document management solutions. Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and best practices. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Office 365. Strong knowledge of SPFx, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script and frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with complex site migrations using ShareGate Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
