Job Description
Summary: Marketeq Talent is seeking a Technical Recruiting Intern to support hiring for various technical roles. The intern will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining accurate records throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage candidates across a broad range of technical roles
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest, availability, and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with the CEO
- Collect candidate rate information and Right-to-Represent (RTR) confirmations via email
- Prepare clear, well-organized candidate profiles for submission to clients and potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, submissions, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with technical professionals and executives
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, responsive, and able to manage follow-ups independently
- Professional email etiquette and basic business communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some exposure to recruiting or staffing
- Familiarity with technical roles and terminology
- Experience sourcing on LinkedIn
- Use of applicant tracking systems
