Full-Stack AI Engineer Intern — Frontend & Product

Summary: Marketeq Talent is seeking a Frontend-Focused Full-Stack AI Engineer Intern to assist in building and enhancing AI applications used by clients and internal teams. The role primarily focuses on developing responsive user interfaces, connecting frontend applications to APIs, and utilizing modern AI coding tools to streamline development processes. Responsibilities: - Build responsive frontend features using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks - Convert Figma designs into production-ready user interfaces - Connect frontend applications to backend APIs and authentication systems - Implement loading states, error handling, validation, and edge-case experiences - Debug and improve frontend and full-stack functionality - Use AI development tools to accelerate implementation, debugging, and documentation - Collaborate with engineering and QA teams through development, testing, and release cycles - Contribute to real product features used in production environments Required Qualifications: - Current Master's student or Master's graduate in a technical field - Current U.S. resident - 2+ years of frontend development experience - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript - Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or similar frameworks - Experience translating Figma designs into responsive interfaces - Experience working with APIs and frontend integrations - Familiarity with Git and pull request workflows - Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot Preferred Qualifications: - Storybook or component library experience - Full-stack development experience - Experience with authentication flows and protected applications - Strong debugging skills - Ability to review and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly - Portfolio, GitHub, or project examples available for review Required Skills: Frontend Development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Figma, API Integration, Git, AI Coding Tools Benefits: 100% Remote, Academic credit supported where available
