Job Description
Summary: Mark IV Enterprises is a family-owned business specializing in creating diverse living spaces and commercial properties. They are seeking a polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator to be the face of the organization while contributing creatively through marketing, social media, and promotional support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Serve as phone coverage support for apartment communities when on-site managers are out of the office
- Respond to leasing inquiries and route calls appropriately
- Make outgoing calls to clients, prospects, vendors, or leads
- Manage front desk operations and general office support
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Manage and update company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Create simple marketing collateral including postcards, flyers, email graphics, and promotional materials
- Assist with community outreach, resident events, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing materials and office presentation standards
- Support leadership team with administrative and marketing projects
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing phone communication
- Ability to focus to complete tasks in designated area
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
- Ability to create simple designs using Canva or similar program
- Outgoing and personable personality
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Someone who enjoys both people-facing interaction and creative projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
