Job Description
Summary: Maloney Properties is a successful real estate firm established in 1981, recognized as the 'Best Place to Work' by its employees for 11 years. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of housing professionals, responsible for various administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with leasing and financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Greeting visitors
- Updating waitlists
- Providing leasing assistance
- Making bank deposits and rent collections
- Processing work orders
- Processing invoices
- Processing move ins/outs
- Distributing mail
- Assisting with special projects
- Some Saturdays are required
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- MS Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Yardi or another property management software
- Knowledge of Yardi
- CPO/COS certification
