Job Responsibilities: Objetivo del puesto Garantizar la calidad, estabilidad y cumplimiento normativo de los procesos de soldadura MIG y láser, mediante el análisis metalúrgico, control de parámetros, programación y optimización de robots de soldadura, conforme a estándares automotrices como CQI-15 e IATF 16949. Perfil Requerido Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o afín Inglés 90% Experiencia Técnica Procesos de soldadura: Soldadura MIG y soldadura láser Interpretación y control de parámetros críticos de soldadura Calidad y normas: Conocimiento práctico de CQI-15 Cumplimiento y auditorías bajo IATF 16949 Manejo de códigos y estándares de soldadura Automatización y robótica: Programación de robots de soldadura (ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, KUKA) Optimización de trayectorias robóticas Competencias Técnicas Adicionales Análisis estadístico de defectos de soldadura Resolución de problemas crónicos de proceso Implementación de mejoras continuas Soporte a producción, calidad y lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos Responsabilidades Analizar y mejorar procesos de soldadura Detectar y corregir defectos metalúrgicos Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y auditorías Optimizar celdas robóticas de soldadura Participar en implementación de mejoras continuas y nuevos proyectos Habilidades clave Enfoque analítico y solución de problemas Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario Comunicación efectiva Orientación a calidad, seguridad y resultados Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
