Job Description
Summary: Magellan Financial is focused on simplifying retirement planning for their clients. They are seeking a Business Support Coordinator to manage client onboarding processes and ensure smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Run a clean client onboarding process: forms, signatures, account setup steps, and proactive follow-ups
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client events so the advisor team stays focused on planning—not logistics
- Keep records accurate, organized, and easy to retrieve (CRM + digital files)
- Be the first point of contact for client questions and service requests—resolve what you can, escalate what you should
- Support sales and marketing execution: client communications, lead tracking, and campaign/event coordination
Required Qualifications:
- Administrative or client service experience (financial services, insurance, or another professional services environment is a plus)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
