Hearing Center Coordinator

Summary: Lucid Hearing is a leading innovator in assistive listening and hearing solutions, known for its high-quality hearing aids and testing equipment. The Hearing Center Coordinator will be responsible for directing members to the hearing aid center, interacting with patients to set up hearing tests, and promoting Lucid Hearing products. This role requires a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Share our passion of giving the gift of hearing by locating people who need hearing help - Directing members to our hearing aid center inside the store - Interacting with Patients to set them up for hearing tests and hearing aid purchases - Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist that works in the center - 30-50 outbound calls daily - Promote all Lucid Hearing products to members with whom they engage - Educate members on all of products (non hearing aid and hearing aid) when interacting with them - Assist Providers when necessary, calling past tested Members, medical referrals to schedule return, etc Required Qualifications: - Willingness to learn and grow within our organization - Stellar Communication skills - Business Development savvy - A passion for educating patients with hearing loss - Must be highly energetic and outgoing (a real people person) - Be comfortable standing multiple hours Preferred Qualifications: - Sales experience preferred - Appointment scheduling experience preferred Required Skills: Sales, Business Development, Appointment Scheduling, Energetic, Outgoing Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Supplemental Insurance Benefits, Company Paid Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays, 401(k) Plan and Employer Matching, Continual Professional Development, Career Growth Opportunities to Become a LEADER, Associate Product Discounts
