Digital Special Projects Intern

Summary: Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Digital Special Projects Intern to join their digital Special Projects team based in New York City. The role involves driving quality assurance testing and ensuring seamless digital experiences for clients while fostering innovation in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Develop expertise around design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of an existing and new project launch - Daily planning & execution of User Acceptance Testing; functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards - Coordinate and follow up with development Leads and Testers on defect fix estimates and retesting estimates - Collaborate with key partners regarding the Integrated Change Management Process requests during the testing phase - Partner and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellence and maintain high standards for customer experience - Drive product excellence through end-to-end continuous reporting and monitoring of any technical challenges whilst creating new and efficient processes - Benchmark within luxury industry and outside to offer innovative ideas - Ensure the voice of the client is heard and report on client feedbacks - Ensure key metrics are followed and communicated properly Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study - Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC - Commit to 6 months on a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week starting this summer 2026 - Legally authorized to work in the US - Digital savvy and tech friendly with an understanding of digital client experience or interest - Attention to detail with ability to adapt - Analytical mindset - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Required Skills: User Acceptance Testing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Project management Benefits: We promote initiatives aimed at supporting professional equality for everyone., We strive to go above and beyond purely symbolic measures by building a culture passionate about meaningful strategies aimed at crafting an inclusive workforce., In addition, we offer unparalleled career development opportunities., As an Intern at Louis Vuitton, you can expect to be provided with industry leading training which will offer you an in-depth insight into the luxury and retail environment.
