Component Compliance Engineer
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

The Role:
Logitech is looking for an experienced Component Compliance Engineer to join our Component Engineering team.
This role will be accountable to support Sr. Component Compliance Engineer for reviewing, following up compliance certification reports, building up documents structure for compliance components and as the backup of Sr. component Compliance Engineer. With enough knowledge and experience of compliance. Reporting to the Head of Component Engineering.

Maintain a detailed certification master schedule to track progress and ensure alignment with the overall system product schedule.
Support internal PLM Cloud operations by creating 770L and AGY-700 documentation and uploading test reports and certificates.
Review and validate supplier compliance reports and certificates for completeness and conformity.
Monitor and track supplier certificate renewals, ensuring timely updates and continuity of compliance coverage.
Provide backup support to ensure compliance test reports, certificates, and product marking implementation are executed accurately and on time.
Follow up with suppliers on certification activities and status reporting, escalating risks and delays as needed.
Coordinate with suppliers to implement changes resulting from regulatory updates and test standard revisions.
Provide backup support for regulatory compliance readiness across multiple international markets (US, EU, Asia, etc.), working closely with suppliers to close gaps.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of compliance management guidelines, ensuring documents remain accurate and audit-ready.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to strengthen job skills and stay current on compliance regulations.
Foster a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) mindset; leverage AI tools and apply LEAN, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum qualifications and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a Compliance Engineer (or equivalent) role.
Solid understanding of applicable regulatory standards and product compliance requirements, such as UL, CB, CE, CCC, and related schemes.
Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
A collaborative team player who contributes proactively, with a willingness to advise, listen, learn, and execute against agreed plans.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently once goals, priorities, and timelines are defined.
