Summary: Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner serving various industries across the U.S. The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical components and products, ensuring adherence to specifications by reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams. Responsibilities: - Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications - Perform this work in a specific area of a production line in our prefabrication shop - Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications - Work with electrical components like circuit breakers and electrical cabinet utilizing handheld tools like drills and screwdrivers - Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations Required Qualifications: - Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problems - Possess demonstrated mechanical ability - Be able to read blueprints and work orders - Be able to read/use a tape measure - Possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills as well as a normal range of hearing and vision Required Skills: Mechanical aptitude, Blueprint reading, Use of tape measure, Use of handheld tools, Electrical components handling Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay, Life and disability insurance, Professional development and training opportunities, Employee assistance program (EAP), Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment classification and hours worked.
