Sales Representative Location: Oregon City Subaru, Oregon City, OR 97045 Dealership: L0113 Lithia Subaru of Oregon City Oregon City Subaru Sales Representative Pay: Commission Based. Earning Potential of $4000-$10,000 per month Schedule: Exact days to be discussed at interview. This is a full-time position and will have 2 days off per week. What You’ll Do Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service Execute a consultative sales process from initial contact through delivery Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, and financing options Follow up with prospective and current customers to ensure satisfaction Work collaboratively with team members across departments What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-first mindset Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Sales experience is a plus but not required—we train the right people!
