Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Denver, CO. As a key part of our warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient flow of materials throughout our facility. This fast-paced role plays a crucial part in supporting our remodeling projects and customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate inventory and timely product movement.

Responsibilities

Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials while maintaining accurate records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Order Fulfillment: Retrieve, pack, and prepare items for shipment using proper materials and documentation.

Shipping & Receiving: Unload trucks, palletize goods, prepare shipping labels, and coordinate with various carriers.

Cycle Counts: Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.

Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse including shelves, aisles, and common areas.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and organize inventory.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free working environment.

Cross-Functional Support: Communicate with warehouse management regarding inventory levels, shortages, and scheduling needs.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related role, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory capacity.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across departments.

Certifications: Forklift certification and experience preferred.

Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements

Lifting: Ability to lift and move objects up to 80 lbs.

Mobility: Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Dexterity: Read documents, operate warehouse systems, and handle inventory items with precision.
