Our Regulatory Compliance business plays a critical role in delivering timely, insightful, and high-quality content that helps organisations stay ahead of regulatory change and make confident decisions in complex environments.About the Role As a Content Developer – Regulatory Change, you will play a key role in delivering timely and high-quality regulatory intelligence to our customers. You will be responsible for tracking and interpreting regulatory developments, producing clear and relevant alerts, and ensuring our content remains accurate, comprehensive, and competitive.
Working within a fast-paced, globally connected team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to continuously improve content delivery and drive innovation in how regulatory changes are communicated. This role offers autonomy while aligning with strategic direction, and provides the opportunity to contribute directly to product quality, client satisfaction, and business growth.Responsibilities****Regulatory Change & Content Delivery
Monitor and analyse regulatory developments, including legislation, case law, and industry trends
Produce timely, clear, and relevant regulatory alerts and notifications
Maintain comprehensive tracking of regulatory changes to ensure accurate delivery
Monitor service levels and ensure quality and timeliness of content delivery
Support development of new content in response to emerging regulatory trends
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement improvements to enhance content quality, timeliness, and processes
Incorporate customer insights to ensure content remains relevant and competitive
Collaborate across teams to support regulatory compliance and content initiatives
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product growth and client engagement Process & Operational Excellence
Execute, document and optimise content workflows across regions and teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-value
Support reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication frameworks
Requirements
Law degree or equivalent qualification
Background or interest in regulatory compliance or legal content
Strong drafting and editing experience preferred
Experience in content development, publishing, or legal technology is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and confidence working with digital and AI technologies
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and multiple time zones
