Lead Sales Associate (Seasonal)

Summary: Leslie's is the largest and most trusted direct-to-consumer brand in the U.S. pool and spa care industry. The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in retail operations to ensure optimal store performance. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs - Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system - Maintain a welcoming store environment - Assist with merchandising and inventory control - Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits Required Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age - High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School - A valid driver's license with reliable transportation - 6 months or 1 year of customer service - Ability to achieve placement in the succession program - Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers - Ability to complete required training within two months of hire - The ability to lift 50 lbs Required Skills: Point of Sale (POS) System, Inventory Control
