Processing Quality Auditor (Level 3)

Job Description

• 职责：

  1. Evaluation of the processing products according to the specification (Master sample, Product Brief, VQG, SpecIT)

  根据质量标准（标准件，产品简介，外观检验标准，产品要求）评估产品

2. Handling of non-conforming material, participate in quality issues handling and follow up actions.

进行不合格处理，参与质量问题处理和改善方案跟进 3. Responsible for the non-conforming material area, including incoming material, process material and complaint products handling. 负责不合格区物料处理，包括来料、制程不合格物料和投诉产品处理 4. Responsible for incoming material complaint, coordinate the issues with responsible departments. 负责来料投诉，和责任部门沟通协调事务 5. Responsible for data analysis, initiate the actions to reduce the quality risks and enhance quality improvement, in order to improve quality performance continually. 负责数据统计分析和报告，提出降低质量风险和质量改进机会，以不断改进质量绩效 6. Good communication with production on quality performance, promote better collaboration with workshop people
与生产良好的沟通质量表现, 促进一线更好的合作 7. Support other auditors or operators on quality standards 支持其他质检员或作业员以维护高品质标准 8. To focus the quality performance and improvement during the running production, participate LEAN activities. 关注生产质量表现和质量改善, 参与精益生产活动。 9. Implement IMS (Integrated Management System) standards, requirements, and rules from Q&EHS 执行IMS标准，满足Q&EHS要求

**岗位要求:**

1） 2年以上质量工作相关经验，有过程质量管控经验优先 2） 有一定基础的英语阅读技能，以及办公软件应用能力 3） 有良好的沟通协调、问题解决能力，有团队合作精神，做事耐心细致 4） 能够适应轮班工作(做四休四，7:00-19:00/19:00-7:00）
