As a Digital Deployment Manager, you are the bridge between innovative technical solutions and new ways of working for one of the world’s most loved brands. Partnering closely with Product Managers, you will own the 'last mile' of the product journey—orchestrating the end-to-end rollout of digital capabilities across the group. You willbe responsible fordeployment, onboarding, documentation, and training, ensuringnew technologyand ways of working are deeply embedded into our business functions. This is aManagerlevel Individual Contributor role. We are pleased to offer our hybrid working arrangement, Best of Both, with 3 days based in our Copenhagen office and 2 days working from home. Please note that relocationassistanceis not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Customer engagement and readiness– Engage global/regional/business unitleadership teamsto ensure sponsorship
Alignment– Drive alignment for product onboarding across workstreams and global/regional/business unitteams
Change strategy– understand the degree of change, the complexity of existing and future processes and the support needed for successful embedding of digital tools
Deployment planning– detailed planning of timelines, ownership, R&R, communication andhypercare
Define global and regional change strategy (including change areas and owners)
Define change plan and materials
Identifyandmobilisethe relevant partners for deploymentexecution activities
Deployment execution– responsible for managing the execution of deployment activities according to plan and timelines
Align with relevant LTs and partners and handle status of execution activities
Training phase planning and management
Adoption reporting– reporting progress and effectiveness of digital tool deployment, according to product-defined critical metrics
Drive efficiencies for scaling–document and communicatecontinuous improvements/ lessons learned tooptimisestrategy for future deployments
Do youhavewhat it takes?
Proven experience as a project manager, particularly in digitalproduct, software, or IT deployment
Great communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate across global,regionaland cross-functional teams and confidently communicate to all layers of the Marketingorganisation
Experience leading teams through change management and managing multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
Entrepreneurial approach and ability toprioritiseand lead multiple projects independently with attention to detail
Experience working with digital products and agile development methodologies
Expert-level stakeholder management
Experience creating detailed deployment plans, release notes, and post-release documentation
