Job Description
Summary: Landmark Snacks is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by performing various office and facility-related tasks. The role involves answering phone calls, handling mail, managing supplies, and assisting front office personnel to ensure a well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors. Will maintain plant security by monitoring incoming visitors
- Answer telephones and connect callers to the appropriate person
- Welcome and direct visitors and deliveries
- Respond in an appropriate, timely manner to all internal and external requests for information
- Will assist and complete audit of company supplies and equipment. Provide input on supplies and equipment to be ordered and help to stock them on arrival
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, or couriers
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, mailing, and scanning
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
- Continually evaluate current procedures to ensure that the most effective means are being used to meet assigned goals
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
Required Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: Clerical and computer knowledge, experience in customer service
- Knowledge of current office practices, procedures, and techniques
- Demonstrate oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Proven record of successful customer service in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing attention to detail
- Ability to follow up on tasks from start to finish
- Demonstrates the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic GMP's (good manufacturing practices) and Industrial Safety
- Team player, professional, trustworthy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
