Job Description
Summary: Kwik Trip, Inc. is a family-owned company operating convenience stores across several states. They are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location, including hiring, training, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
- Food safety
- Ordering, inventory control
- P&Ls
- Cleaning and stocking
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: 1-3 years
- Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Enjoy a fast paced work environment
- Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
- Desire to help and mentor others
- Maintain a clean and inviting store
- Prior management / leadership experience
