We’re seeking a talented Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team, leading the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements and supporting our clients to define strategy, improve performance and execute complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to client objectives
Help clients define their vision, priorities and pathways to growth or transformation
Lead business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and investment prioritisation
Oversee the design and implementation of organisational and operational improvements, including process optimisation, workforce planning and service delivery redesign
Apply structured project and program management disciplines to ensure delivery is on time, within scope and aligned to strategic outcomes
Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing decision-making at executive levels
Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing direction, coaching and performance management to deliver high-quality work
Drive data-driven insights through market research, stakeholder engagement and analysis to inform strategic recommendations
Contribute to practice growth through business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations and opportunity origination
Support capability development within the team through mentoring, coaching and contributing to thought leadership and internal initiatives
How You Are Extraordinary
With 5–8 years’ experience in management consulting or a related strategy, operations or transformation role, you bring:
Proven experience leading end-to-end consulting engagements or major workstreams within complex programs
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience applying consulting frameworks and analysis in ambiguous or complex environments
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
Experience leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
Experience or exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean or Six Sigma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing client-ready deliverables and executive presentations
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving impact
qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, public policy, technology or a related discipline
Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA) or relevant certifications (desirable)
