We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong technical accounting capability, client management, and team mentorship, with a clear focus on audit quality. You’ll lead complex engagements, advise on high‑judgement accounting matters, and work closely with partners and clients on emerging issues in KPMG Australia’s largest audit practice.

We are looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager with strong technical accounting capability, client management, and team mentorship, with a clear focus on audit quality. You’ll lead complex engagements, advise on high‑judgement accounting matters, and work closely with partners and clients on emerging issues in KPMG Australia’s largest audit practice.

Be accountable for leading and managing engagements and all aspects of audit delivery, client service and business development
Leverage a deep understanding of the industry and work collaboratively with the engagement team to design, develop and perform audit procedures obtain sufficient appropriate cumulative audit evidence to support the audit opinion in accordance with professional standards, applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Be responsible for executing assurance related engagements
Provide inspirational and engaging leadership to grow and develop our talent
Form strong relationships with our prestigious audit clients and play a key role in the delivery of quality assurance and reporting

US-SOX accreditation is desirable
