Job Description
companyDescription
TBA Doncaster, a Konecranes company, is a leading international provider of software and services for ports and terminals. We aim to support our customers during the entire life cycle of their operation from design to implementation to optimisation of their operation. We believe that simplicity lies at the heart of performance of warehouses and container terminals.
Our automation team delivers control systems and software for conveyor systems, machine handling, waste recycling plants, and industrial process applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Automation Systems Engineer to join our Doncaster office on a permanent basis.
This role would suit a practical, mid-level engineer who enjoys problem solving, commissioning, and working as part of a close engineering team. We are looking for someone with solid engineering fundamentals, a good attitude, and the willingness to continue developing technically.
Reporting to the Automation Director, and working under the direction of the Senior Engineers you will work across the full project lifecycle including design, software development, testing, commissioning, and customer support.
