AI Scientist Intern

Summary: KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. They are seeking a skilled Machine Learning/AI Scientist intern to join their Services AI Engineering team, focusing on advanced research and development for future KLA use-cases. Responsibilities: - Research emerging AI technologies focused on multimodal models and AI databases - Design, develop, and deploy proof of concepts from research - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into our existing systems and workflow - Participate in AI research and systems architecture discussions and code reviews - Conduct data engineering and analysis to improve model accuracy and efficiency - Fine-tune models based on feedback and performance metrics Required Qualifications: - Master's degree and above in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Hands-on experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (Ex.
