Junior Sales & Charter Assistant (Internship)

Summary: Kitson Yachts is a leading luxury yacht brokerage and advisory firm specializing in yacht sales, new construction, and charter. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Charter Assistant Intern to join their growing team in Miami, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both sales and charter divisions. Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of client presentations, sales materials, and charter brochures - Support the management and upkeep of sales and charter listings across platforms - Handle inbound sales and charter enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses - Manage and answer the sales phone line, directing calls appropriately - Maintain and update internal CRM systems (HubSpot) with accuracy - Collaborate with brokers to support ongoing deals and charter activity - Assist in preparing marketing materials for listings and campaigns - Conduct research on yachts, market trends, and client opportunities - Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the team - Assist with boat shows, open houses, and client events when required Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong interest in sales, client relations, and the yachting or luxury industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus - Professional demeanor with strong client-facing instincts - Driven, proactive, and eager to learn - Strong team player with a collaborative mindset - Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused approach - Confident and professional in communication Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for luxury, lifestyle, or yachting industries is a plus Required Skills: Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Sales, Client relations, Marketing support, Multitasking
