As an Associate Consultant, you will assist clients in understanding AI concepts, building strategic solutions, and managing client relationships to drive measurable results. Responsibilities: - Work with clients to identify challenges, analyze their business environments, and craft tailored strategies that drive measurable results - Help clients understand AI concepts, tools, use cases, and workflows in a clear, accessible, and practical way - Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by deeply understanding their goals, pain points, and opportunities - Manage incoming leads and help clients identify how Kiingo AI can augment their work through AI training, enablement, and implementation support - Use data, interviews, and qualitative analysis to uncover actionable insights and present clear recommendations - Guide clients through the integration of AI into their processes, demystifying technology and translating it into practical business applications - Help identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflows, automation, and process improvement across client teams - Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment between client objectives and execution - Support and guide participants in our AI Bootcamp, helping them understand and apply AI concepts in real-world business scenarios Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Education, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to draw insights and craft recommendations - Outstanding communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities - Comfort learning and experimenting with new technology tools - A passion for solving complex business problems and helping people adopt new ways of working - No prior AI experience required, but curiosity about AI, automation, education, and business transformation is essential Required Skills: AI Platforms, Data Analysis, Workflow Automation, Client Relationship Management Benefits: Healthcare Benefits
