Job Description
Summary: KeyBank is seeking candidates for its Commercial Bank Rotational Analyst Program, which focuses on developing future client-facing professionals in Commercial Banking with an emphasis on Payments. The program offers a comprehensive training experience, equipping analysts with essential skills in treasury solutions and client engagement through hands-on rotations and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in treasury solutions and client engagement
- Participate in KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Training and specialized Commercial Bank training
- Engage in hands-on rotations within a specific segment or full-time role
- Help clients optimize liquidity, manage working capital, and enhance operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Payments Advisors and Product teams to deliver integrated treasury solutions
- Emphasize strategic thinking, client engagement, and consultative problem-solving
Required Qualifications:
- Must obtain a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2026 with focused coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics
- Willingness to relocate based on business need
